Accounts Manager

Job Description

The Accounts Manager is responsible for overseeing financial operations, maintaining accurate financial records, managing budgets, ensuring tax compliance, and handling team coordination. The role requires strong accounting knowledge, financial reporting skills, and leadership abilities to support the organization’s financial health.

Job Requirement

✔ Education:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce (B.Com, M.Com, MBA in Finance, CA, CMA, or equivalent).

✔ Experience:

1-5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related role.

✔ Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or other accounting software.
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, financial modeling, and reporting tools.
Strong understanding of tax laws, compliance, and audit procedures.

✔ Soft Skills:

Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
