Buffing Operators

Job Description

The Buffing Operator is responsible for operating buffing and polishing machines to smooth and enhance the surface finish of metal, plastic, or other materials. The role involves preparing workpieces, selecting appropriate buffing tools, applying polishing compounds, and ensuring a high-quality finish.

Job Requirement

Education: ITI / Diploma in Fitting, Machining, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Experience: 1–5 years of experience in buffing, polishing, or metal finishing.
Knowledge of different polishing techniques for metals, plastics, or painted surfaces.
Ability to handle manual buffing tools, robotic polishing machines, and automatic buffing systems.
Understanding of workplace safety regulations and material handling techniques.
