Center Head  – ESDM (Electronics System Design & Manufacturing)

With   Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. and  Additional certifications in ESDM-related areas (e.g., Robotics, VLSI Design, Embedded Systems, IoT, PLC etc.) are advantageous.

Should have
Leadership Experience: Minimum 8-10 years in the electronics or manufacturing industry, with 3-5 years in a managerial or leadership role.

Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of ESDM concepts, including PCB design, semiconductor manufacturing, embedded systems, IoT, Robotics, PLC and automation.

Training & Skilling: Experience in managing skilling/training programs, conducting events and Olympiad, preferably aligned with industry standards like NSDC/Skill India.

Should have

• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple training programs, projects, and teams.
• People Management: Experience in supervising trainers, staff, and students.
• Stakeholder Management: Ability to liaise with industry partners, government agencies, and educational institutions.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective reporting, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement.
• Budgeting & Resource Allocation: Capable of managing the center’s financials, procurement, and infrastructure.
• Monitoring & Evaluation: Track and assess the impact of training programs through key metrics and performance indicators.
