Qualifications:

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Machinist, or a related field

• 1-3 years of experience operating CNC machines (manual or CNC)

• Strong understanding of G-codes, M-codes, and CNC programming basics

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints

• Proficiency with measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges)

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with CNC programming or program editing

• Familiarity with CAD/CAM software for creating CNC programs

• Ability to set up and run multiple types of CNC machines (lathe, mill, etc.)

• Knowledge of machine tool calibration, tool offsets, and material properties

• Strong problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills
