The CNC Setting Operator is responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines to produce precision parts according to technical drawings and specifications. The role involves selecting appropriate tools, loading programs, adjusting machine parameters, and ensuring high-quality production while maintaining safety and efficiency.
Job Requirement
Education: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, CNC Machining, Tool & Die Making, or a related field.
Experience: 1–5 years in CNC machine operation and setting.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T symbols, and work instructions.
Proficiency in CNC programming languages (G-code, M-code).
Experience with CNC control systems (Fanuc, Siemens, Haas, Mitsubishi, Heidenhain, etc.).
