Key Responsibilities:

✅ Machine Operation & Setup

• Assist in the setup and operation of CNC, VMC, and HMC machines.
• Learn to load/unload workpieces, select tools, and set machine parameters.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.

✅ Programming & Quality Control

• Understand the basics of G-code and M-code used in CNC programming.
• Assist in interpreting blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications.
• Perform quality checks using measuring instruments like Vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges.

✅ Production & Maintenance Support

• Monitor machine performance and report issues to senior operators or maintenance teams.
• Maintain proper documentation of production logs and machine settings.
• Participate in preventive maintenance activities for machines.

✅ Training & Skill Development

• Undergo structured training to improve machine operation and troubleshooting skills.
• Work under the guidance of experienced machinists to enhance technical knowledge.
• Learn industry best practices and adhere to company policies.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

✔ Education: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Tool & Die Making, or related fields.
✔ Experience: Freshers or candidates with basic knowledge of CNC/VMC/HMC machines.
✔ Technical Skills:

• Basic knowledge of machining operations and tool selection.
• Understanding of CNC programming is a plus.
