CNC,VMC Setter

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CNC/VMC Setter to set up, operate, and maintain Computer Numerical Control (CNC) and Vertical Machining Center (VMC) machines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring machines are correctly calibrated, tools are accurately installed, and production processes meet quality standards.

Job Requirement

Educational Qualification: ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Tool & Die Making, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 2-5 years in CNC/VMC machine setting and operation.
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of CNC programming and G-code/M-code.
- Familiarity with Fanuc, Siemens, or Haas controllers (as applicable).
- Ability to use precision measuring instruments like calipers, micrometers, and CMM.
Strong understanding of cutting tools, speeds, and feeds.
Experience in handling different materials (steel, aluminum, etc.).
Ability to troubleshoot machine and tool issues effectively.
Basic knowledge of ISO and quality control procedures.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
