Qualifications:

• ITI / Diploma in Machinist, Fitter, or Mechanical Engineering

• 1–3 years of experience in cylindrical grinding operations

• Strong understanding of tolerances, fits, and finishes

• Ability to use precision measuring instruments and maintain inspection records

• Knowledge of different grinding wheel types and their applications

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in both external and internal cylindrical grinding

• Familiarity with machine setup techniques, including alignment and centering

• Knowledge of material hardness and heat treatment effects on grinding

• Good attention to detail and strong quality control mindset

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple job orders
