Qualifications:

• Minimum 10th pass or ITI certification preferred

• Some experience in manufacturing or workshop environments is a plus (training will be provided)

• Basic understanding of tools and safety practices

• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail

• Willingness to perform repetitive tasks with a focus on quality

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

• Familiarity with metalworking or machining processes

• Physically fit to handle manual tasks and standing for long periods

• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
