Job Requirement
Education: Diploma / Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Experience: 1-5 years in desktop support, IT helpdesk, or system administration.
Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
Familiarity with networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), Active Directory, and Office 365.
Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
