Qualifications:

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, CNC Machining, or related field

• 2–5 years of experience operating DMG MORI or similar high-end CNC machines

• Strong understanding of multi-axis machining, tooling, and cutting parameters

• Familiarity with Siemens, Heidenhain, or FANUC controls (as applicable to the DMG MORI model)

• Proficiency in reading GD&T symbols, engineering drawings, and CNC code

• Knowledge of tool wear, offsets, and coolant application

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in operating DMU, NLX, NTX, or CTX series machines

• Understanding of high-precision components for aerospace, medical, or automotive applications

• Ability to troubleshoot machine or tool issues independently

• Exposure to CAD/CAM software (e.g., Siemens NX, Mastercam)

• Excellent attention to detail, quality focus, and ability to work independently
