Valid driver’s license appropriate for the vehicle class (e.g., LMV, HMV).
Proven driving experience (minimum 2–3 years preferred).
Clean driving record with knowledge of local roads and traffic regulations.
Good physical fitness and ability to lift or move cargo (if required).
Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
Time management skills and reliability.
Polite, professional, and customer-friendly attitude.
