E-Performance Manager

Job Description

The E-Performance Manager is responsible for leading the strategy, development, and optimization of electric and digital vehicle performance systems. This includes overseeing the integration of e-mobility technologies, managing software and hardware interfaces, and ensuring the delivery of high-performance, sustainable, and user-friendly mobility solutions. The role bridges engineering, data analytics, user experience, and brand strategy to enhance vehicle performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities :

Drive the Electrification Initiative by developing innovative BEV business concepts, driving partnerships, and overseeing High Performance Charging.
Drive the development of a robust BEV ecosystem encompassing High-Performance Charging (HPC), solar charging, and the utilization of end-of-life batteries for second-life charging solutions.
Conduct market research and customer clinics to gather BEV insights, developing a Market Analysis Tool for continuous feedback.
Track competitor activities, identify market opportunities, and engage in services mapping, forecasting, and representation at events to enhance brand visibility and support business objectives.
