Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Geography, Geomatics, GIS, Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, or related field

• 3+ years of experience in GIS mapping, with hands-on experience in 2D and 3D mapping, spatial analysis, and geospatial data visualization

• Strong proficiency in ArcGIS, QGIS, and other GIS software (e.g., AutoCAD, Bentley MicroStation)

• Experience in 3D modeling tools such as SketchUp, ArcScene, or Autodesk Revit is highly desirable

• Experience with data management and geospatial database systems (PostgreSQL, MS SQL, Oracle, etc.)

• Ability to work independently, as well as in teams, managing multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with LiDAR data processing and remote sensing techniques

• Knowledge of geospatial data types, coordinate systems, projections, and map design

• Ability to interpret complex engineering and architectural drawings and convert them into geospatial formats

• Strong communication skills for creating reports, presentations, and interacting with clients and stakeholders

• Experience with cloud-based GIS platforms like ArcGIS Online

• Good problem-solving and organizational skills with attention to detail
