Qualifications:

• ITI / Diploma in Machinist / Fitter / Mechanical or related trade

• 1–3 years of experience operating grinding machines (freshers can be considered with training)

• Good understanding of tolerances, fits, and surface finishes

• Ability to use measuring instruments accurately

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in tool room or precision component grinding

• Knowledge of grinding wheel dressing, balancing, and coolant usage

• Familiarity with machine maintenance and quality inspection tools

• Team-oriented with strong attention to detail
