Qualifications:

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Heat Treatment / Fitter or relevant trade

• 1–3 years of experience in metal heat treatment or hardening operations

• Understanding of hardening cycles, material behavior, and metallurgical basics

• Ability to read basic engineering drawings and hardness specifications

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with induction hardening machines (manual or CNC controlled)

• Knowledge of Rockwell or Brinell hardness testing

• Familiarity with furnace maintenance and quenching methods

• Good coordination, safety awareness, and attention to detail
