A Hostel Coordinator is responsible for the smooth operation and management of hostel facilities, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained living environment for residents. The role involves supervising daily operations, handling resident concerns, enforcing rules, and coordinating maintenance and security services.
Job Requirement
✔ Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Hospitality, Social Work, or a related field.
Additional certification in Hostel / Facility Management is a plus.
✔ Experience:
1–3 years of experience in hostel management, student affairs, or administration.
Freshers with strong organization and leadership skills may also apply.
✔ Technical Skills:
Knowledge of basic administrative tasks and record-keeping.
Familiarity with hostel management software is an advantage.
✔ Soft Skills:
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to handle student concerns with patience and empathy.
