Job Description

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and processing paperwork.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and issues, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Assist in resolving employee relations issues and conducting investigations when necessary.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and documents, such as employment verification letters and performance evaluation summaries.
  • Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment processes and inquiries.
  • Support compensation activities, such as salary benchmarking and payroll processing.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures, as well as legal requirements.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and initiatives.
  • Participate in HR projects, such as employee engagement initiatives or process improvements.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
  • Preparing an HR manual for the organization.

Job Requirement

  • Prior experience in an HR role or internship is preferred.
  • Knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly with Excel and Word.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
