Injection Molding Operators

Job Description

The Injection Molding Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining injection molding machines to produce high-quality plastic parts. The role includes machine setup, monitoring production, inspecting finished parts, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

Job Requirement

Education: ITI / Diploma in Plastic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 1–5 years of experience in injection molding operations (training may be provided for freshers).
Knowledge of different types of plastic materials (PP, ABS, PVC, Nylon, etc.) and their molding properties.
Ability to read and interpret work instructions, technical drawings, and material specifications.
Familiarity with mold changeovers, injection parameters, and troubleshooting molding defects.
