The Laptop Service Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining laptops, notebooks, and related computer hardware. The role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, replacing defective components, and ensuring that laptops function optimally for end-users.
Job Requirement
Education: ITI / Diploma / Degree in Computer Hardware & Networking, Electronics, or IT.
Experience: 1–5 years in laptop repair, troubleshooting, and servicing.
Knowledge of hardware components, chip-level repairs, and circuit troubleshooting.
Experience with BIOS flashing, driver installations, and software troubleshooting.
Ability to diagnose and fix issues in HP, Dell, Lenovo, Apple, Asus, and other laptop brands.
