The Machinery Service Technician is responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing mechanical and electrical systems in machinery. The technician will work with a wide range of industrial machinery, ensuring that all machines are in proper working order and meet safety standards. This role requires technical expertise in diagnosing issues, troubleshooting, and executing repairs in a timely and efficient manner.

• Installation and Setup: Install new machinery and equipment, ensuring proper configuration and calibration.
• Inspection & Maintenance: Regularly inspect machinery for signs of wear and tear, performing preventive maintenance to extend the lifespan of equipment.
• Repairs: Diagnose and troubleshoot machine malfunctions and perform repairs on mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic systems.
• Troubleshooting: Use diagnostic tools and techniques to identify faults and breakdowns in machinery.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of maintenance, inspections, repairs, and parts replaced.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Parts Management: Manage inventory of parts and supplies, ordering replacements as necessary.
• Customer Support: Provide technical support and training to customers on proper machine operation and maintenance.
• Upgrades and Modifications: Suggest and implement improvements to enhance machine efficiency or functionality.
• Collaboration: Work with engineers, production teams, and other technicians to ensure machines are operating efficiently.
