Mechanical Operator –VMC Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented VMC Operator to set up, operate, and maintain Vertical Machining Centers (VMC). The ideal candidate will interpret technical drawings, ensure precision machining, and maintain equipment efficiency. This role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Job Requirement

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in machining or mechanical engineering preferred.
Proven experience as a VMC Operator or in a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of VMC machines, blueprints, and technical specifications.
Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments and hand tools.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills related to VMC operations.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Physical stamina to perform manual tasks and operate machinery for extended periods.
Understanding of safety protocols and adherence to industry standards.
