NAPS Program

The objectives of NAPS scheme are as follows:
To develop skilled workforce for the economy by promotion of on-the-job experiential training.
To provide up-skilling opportunities for candidates who have undergone short-term skill training offered by various Central and State Government initiatives.

Duration of program : NAPS training program is for 3 years (36 months) and shall not exceed that period.

Eligibility :
Eligible candidates for this program will be from 10th 12th & ITI (Pass) qualification. Exceptional cases – 8th Std.
Candidates registered already with NAPS scheme are not eligible for this NAPS training program that we provide.

Attractive Benefits :
Stipend amount will be provided for the trainee every month till the completion of training program.

Insurance coverage
The trainee will be provided with a NAPS completion certificate with on the job training in MRF premises.
