Network Support Engineer

Job Description

The Network Support Engineer is responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and connectivity. The role involves supporting LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, firewalls, and network devices to minimize downtime and enhance system reliability.

Job Requirement

Education: Diploma / Degree in Computer Science, Networking, or Information Technology.
Experience: 1–5 years in network administration, IT support, or technical networking.
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls, and network security.
Experience with Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, or other networking equipment.
Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
