Job Description

Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency across departments.
Oversee daily operations of the company, ensuring all processes are conducted in accordance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Monitor and analyse operational performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Lead and manage a team of department heads and operational staff, providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations.
Collaborate with other departments (such as manufacturing, logistics, procurement, and quality assurance) to streamline operations and achieve business objectives.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for the operations department.
Implement best practices for inventory management, supply chain optimization, and cost reduction initiatives.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and regulatory authorities.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Prepare regular reports and presentations on operational performance for senior management.
