Job Requirement
Educational Qualification: High School Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
Experience: Minimum 1-3 years in parcel handling, logistics, or hotel operations.
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with parcel tracking systems and inventory management.
Basic knowledge of courier services and hotel dispatch procedures.
Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently under pressure.
