Job Description

The Parts & Accessories Manager oversees the operations of the parts department, ensuring efficient inventory management, strong vendor relationships, excellent customer service, and maximum profitability. This role is responsible for sourcing, stocking, and selling automotive (or machinery/equipment) parts and accessories, both to internal service departments and directly to customers.

  • Optimize inventory and collaborate with logistics for efficiency.
  •  Oversee procurement, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.

  • Manage budgets for financial efficiency and retail alignment.
  • Guide team to meet KPIs and promote collaboration.
  • Oversee new product launches for market readiness.
  • Ensure compliance with Porsche AG, Porsche Middle East, and Porsche India policies.
  • Analyze market trends to maintain competitive edge.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction through timely delivery.
