Job Description

The Printer Service Engineer is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining laser, inkjet, dot matrix, thermal, and multifunction printers. The role involves troubleshooting printer hardware and software issues, replacing faulty components, and ensuring printers function optimally in office and industrial settings.

Job Requirement

Education: ITI / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or Computer Hardware & Networking.
Experience: 1–5 years in printer repair and servicing.
Strong knowledge of laser, inkjet, dot matrix, and thermal printers.
Proficiency in diagnosing and fixing mechanical, electrical, and software-related printer issues.
Understanding of printer networking, IP configurations, and print management software.
