We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Process Engineer to design, optimize, and oversee manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will analyze workflows, improve efficiency, and ensure product quality while maintaining safety and compliance standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and enhance production capabilities.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 2–5 years of experience in process engineering or manufacturing environments.
Technical Knowledge:
Understanding of process design principles and equipment.
Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., AutoCAD, MATLAB, or Aspen Plus).
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication for reporting and collaboration.
