Key Responsibilities:

✅ Assembly & Production Work

• Assemble parts and components based on work instructions and blueprints.
• Operate and monitor production machinery and tools.
• Ensure correct fitting, fastening, and alignment of components.

✅ Quality Control & Inspection

• Check assembled products for defects and inconsistencies.
• Follow quality standards and report faulty parts or materials.
• Use measuring tools like calipers, gauges, and micrometers (if required).

✅ Machine Operation & Maintenance

• Operate basic machines and equipment used in assembly.
• Perform routine machine cleaning and maintenance.
• Report machine malfunctions to the maintenance team.

✅ Safety & Compliance

• Follow safety procedures and workplace regulations.
• Wear protective equipment (gloves, safety glasses, etc.) as required.
• Keep the workstation clean and organized.

✅ Production Efficiency & Teamwork

• Meet daily production targets and maintain assembly line efficiency.
• Work as part of a team to complete production goals.
• Assist in material handling and inventory management.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

✔ Education:

• Minimum 12th pass or ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields.

✔ Experience:

• Freshers or experienced candidates can apply.
• Prior experience in assembly line, production, or manufacturing is a plus.

✔ Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of basic hand tools, power tools, and assembly techniques.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, blueprints, or diagrams.
• Familiarity with quality control procedures.

✔ Soft Skills:

• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
