The Punching Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining punching machines to cut, shape, or form materials such as metal sheets, plastic, or cardboard. The role involves reading blueprints, adjusting machine settings, inspecting finished parts, and ensuring efficiency in production while following safety standards.
Job Requirement
Education: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, CNC Machining, or a related field.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in operating punching machines (training may be provided for freshers).
Familiarity with punching machines (CNC turret punch, mechanical, hydraulic, or laser punching).
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and machine instructions.
Basic knowledge of metal properties and punching techniques.
