Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales & Product Promotion: Actively promote and sell FMCG products (e.g., food, beverages, personal care, household goods) to clients or retailers.
  2. Market Research: Identify and analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, retailers, and distributors to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
  4. Sales Targets & Quotas: Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company, ensuring revenue growth and market expansion.
  5. Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the FMCG product portfolio, features, benefits, and competitive advantages to effectively communicate with customers.
  6. Customer Support & Feedback: Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries, handling complaints, and gathering customer feedback for continuous improvement.
  7. Order Management: Process orders, ensure timely delivery, and monitor stock levels to prevent shortages and ensure customer satisfaction.
  8. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress against targets; provide regular reports to management.
  9. Promotional Activities: Participate in promotional campaigns, product launches, and events to increase brand visibility and sales.
  10. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, logistics, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and product availability in the market.

Job Requirement

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in FMCG sales or related industries.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good understanding of the FMCG market and customer behavior.
  • Target-driven with a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Basic knowledge of sales techniques and CRM software.
  • Valid driver’s license (if traveling is required).
