The Service Advisor acts as the liaison between customers and the service department. They are responsible for greeting customers, understanding their vehicle issues, providing repair/service recommendations, estimating costs and timelines, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process.
Job Requirement
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or customer service training is a plus.
Previous experience in automotive service or customer-facing roles preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of automotive systems and basic mechanical knowledge.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in computer systems and service management software.
