The Service Advisor serves as the primary liaison between customers and the service department. They are responsible for understanding customer concerns, recommending appropriate services, coordinating repairs, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the vehicle service process.
Job Requirement
High school diploma or equivalent (technical or automotive training is a plus).
Prior experience in a customer service or automotive service environment.
Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and basic automotive repairs.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency with service management systems and general computer skills.
