Qualifications:

• Diploma or ITI in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Production or relevant trade

• 3–6 years of technical experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role

• Strong understanding of technical systems, machinery, or processes relevant to the industry

• Familiarity with safety standards, preventive maintenance, and quality systems

Preferred Skills:

• Leadership and team management abilities

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Basic knowledge of production planning, TPM, and lean manufacturing is a plus

• Computer literacy for reporting and basic documentation (MS Excel, ERP, etc.)
