Qualifications:

• ITI / Diploma in Machinist, Fitter, or Mechanical Engineering

• 1–3 years of experience in surface grinding operations

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions

• Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments

• Knowledge of grinding wheel types, dressing techniques, and surface finish standards

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with manual and semi-automatic grinding machines

• Understanding of material types, tolerances, and heat-affected zones

• Experience in a tool room or precision machining environment

• Strong attention to detail and quality control

• Good physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods
