Qualifications:

• ITI / Diploma in Turner / Machinist / Fitter or related trade

• 1–3 years of experience operating lathe machines (manual or CNC)

• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and dimensional tolerances

• Knowledge of cutting speeds, feeds, and tool geometry

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with thread cutting, taper turning, and precision machining

• Familiarity with CNC lathe operations is an advantage

• Understanding of metal properties and machining behavior

• Good problem-solving and time management skills
