Qualifications:

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Machinist, or related field

• 2-3 years of experience operating CNC VMC machines

• Strong understanding of G-code, M-code, and CNC programming

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints

• Familiarity with CNC tooling, offsets, and machine calibration

• Experience with measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, height gauges)

• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with CAD/CAM software for CNC programming

• Knowledge of tool wear management, tool setting, and machine maintenance

• Ability to handle multi-axis VMC machines

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• Good communication and teamwork skills
