Qualifications:

• High school diploma / ITI / Diploma in Welding or related field

• Proven experience as a MIG welder (1–3 years preferred)

• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings

• Knowledge of welding positions (flat, vertical, overhead) and techniques

• Familiarity with basic fabrication and fitting processes

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in MIG welding (AWS or equivalent) is a plus

• Experience in automotive or structural welding applications

• Team player with good communication and problem-solving skills

• Willingness to work in shifts and meet production targets
