Course Objective  :

• The candidate can prepare the CNC Milling 2D programs. Mainly for parts manufacturing.
• The CNC program can be prepared with macro variable, so that someone disturbing program can be avoided.
• Operator error (human error) can control through program.
• Independently clamp and dial the work and set the work offset, Tools Data setting.
• Selection and preparation of cutting tools.
• CNC milling Programming as per industrial practice.

Course Content :

Operation of CNC Machine

1. Revise the knowledge of CNC machine and Calculation of cutting Feed & speed
2. Familiarise control panel and the machine operation
3. Prepare & edit the program and run the machine safely.
4. Cutting tools selection and tool holders

CNC Programming with macro

1. Fanuc CNC programming (Absolute and Incremental)
2. Work offset & Tool offset setting
3. Introduction to Macro variable, operational and logical statements
4. Programming with macro variable.
5. Programming with conditional statements.
