Age               :            18 years & Above

• The candidate can independently operate the CNC Lathe machine without support.
• Candidate can understand the CNC program and editing the program.
• Independently clamp and dial the work and set the work offset, Tools Data setting.
• Familiar in Fanuc control, also can easily understand other machine controls and operate the machine

Operation of CNC Lathe Machine

1. Understand the concept of CNC machine and axis representation
2. Control panel and the machine operation
3. Operation of CNC Lathe
4. Clamping and decamping of components
5. Prepare & edit the program and run the machine safely.

Basic CNC Programming

1. Fanuc CNC programming (Absolute and Incremental)
2. Work offset setting
3. Tool data setting
4. CRC and cutter length compensation
5. Main program and subprogram (Roughing and Finishing cycles)
6. Canned cycles (drilling cycles)
7. Safe operation of CNC machine
